The hotel is well maintained with impressive cleanliness. The location is perfect, situated on a quieter side of the beach but still within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even organizing a car and accompanying us to the doctor when our daughter fell ill. The suite was luxurious, and the staff, especially Tyronne and Upali, were friendly and attentive. a simply beautiful hotel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a breathtaking hotel by the beach. The accommodations were beyond my expectations - the perfect blend of character and charm without being pretentious. The staff were simply superb, taking care of my every need from the moment I arrived. Not only did they surprise me with a special set-up for our anniversary and belated birthday celebration, but they also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved that I could work from the beach on the lounge chairs with the amazing WiFi. The location was unbeatable, right at the beach with beautiful ocean views. The chef, Suresh, was a culinary genius, cooking up the most delightful Sri-Lankan dishes. Everything from the lovely warm welcome to the clean and stylish room, the pristine pool area, and the great cocktails at the bar made my stay unforgettable. I can't recommend this place enough for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We stayed at The Lucky Elephant for 13 nights and had a great experience. The beach is wonderful, staff friendly and caring, and fresh beach towels were provided daily. The hotel has its own generator for blackouts, ensuring uninterrupted AC. The room was comfortable and the beach is private and perfect for watching the sunset. The hotel is well maintained, with clean facilities and access to the beach. The chef, Tyronne, and masseur, Uppali, provided exceptional service. The hotel staff as a whole showed exceptional hospitality.
Would recommend this hotel.

I recently spent my holiday at a smaller and immaculate boutique hotel by the breathtaking beach. the regular scent of cleanliness in the hotel's room and common areas was impressive. the staff members were always happy and courteous, making the stay utterly welcoming.
Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Though I had to walk for about 10-15 minutes to excellent eateries, the hotel's beach location is an ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

My stay at this amazing hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The room, although not huge, was super cozy with a comfortable bed and an incredible shower that had a great stream of hot water – a rarity in Sri Lanka. The small yet usable pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and the breakfast spread was absolutely jaw-dropping. The hotel itself was bright, airy, and impeccably clean, making it a pleasure to stay there. The staff, including the friendly locals in the area, were unbelievably friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The hotel's location, right by the beach, was perfect and conveniently situated near scooter rentals and tuk-tuks. The late checkout option was an added bonus, allowing me to relax a little longer. my first trip to Sri Lanka was made even more special by this incredible hotel experience.
